Sent From The Sea (collectively “Merchant Store Name”, “we” and “us”, “data controller”)
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for products delivered within the United Kingdom.
 
Please be advised that the product prices shown on this website relate to orders being sent within mainland UK.  If ordering for delivery outside mainland UK, after selecting your item/s and before ordering, please email us at hello@sentfromthesea.com for the postal charge. 

Cancellations Policy

As a customer, you are free to cancel your order within 3 days and will be refunded the price of the product to the account from which the order was originally paid from

Delivery Policy

Sent From The Sea aims to dispatch orders within 5 working days after receipt of payment. Mainland UK orders are sent tracked second class delivery by Royal Mail. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Sent From The Sea assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control.  Sent From The Sea may use alternative delivery services, where appropriate.
 
Overseas deliveries: I would be delighted to post internationally.  After selecting your item and before ordering, please email us at hello@sentfromthesea.com and I will confirm the postal charge.

Returns Policy

I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your items, please email us within 14 days from receipt of your item and I will endeavour to resolve any issues.
 
No products may be returned to Sent From The Sea without our the prior written consent. If you wish to return your purchase, I will offer an exchange, or a full refund of the price of the item, providing the item is returned appropriately packaged and undamaged. 
 
Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund for items which have been personalised, unless the item was received damaged or faulty.
 
Sent From The Sea is not liable for the postal charges of returning items.  If postage is not covered by the returnee, Sent From The Sea will accept the returned item, but will deduct the cost of the postage and any additional fees incurred, from the item cost being refunded. We will process all refunds within 5 working days of receipt of an appropriately returned item. Please note that it may take 5 working days for the money to reach your account. 
 
Sent From The Sea accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.  This will in no way affect your statutory rights.
 
I recommend returning the item by registered post and obtaining proof of postage. 

Sharing your personal information

We may share your Personal Information with third parties to allow us to use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we may use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site — you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here:
 
 
We may share information with service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations. Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own or any additional benefit.
 
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant and/or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
